Mr. Dakhlaoui has extensive experience of cross-border M&A and venture capital transactions and offers pragmatic, commercial, swift solutions.
Salah'sprimary practice areas are company law, M&A, banking and finance and securities, in which he has advised both national and multinational companies. He has particular experience in cross-border M&A transactions and has managed, as counsel to both purchasers and vendors, numerous multi-jurisdiction share and asset transactions.
